Visita del regulador francés del juego en línea a la DGOJ

Hoy, 29 de octubre de 2014, la Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ) ha recibido la visita institucional de una delegación de la Autoridad de Regulación de Juegos en Línea de Francia (ARJEL), encabezada por su Presidente D. Charles Coppolani.
Durante la reunión, a la que ha asistido el equipo directivo de la DGOJ, se han abordado cuestiones de interés y actualidad en materia de juego en los respectivos mercados así como las perspectivas regulatorias de ambos reguladores.
Este encuentro se enmarca en la estrategia de colaboración conjunta que ambas instituciones consideran necesaria para la consecución de los fines previstos en las legislaciones de juego de Francia y España, especialmente la protección de los ciudadanos.
Igualmente, la reunión da continuidad al Acuerdo de Cooperación e Intercambio de Información que los reguladores de juego de Francia y España firmaron en octubre del año 2012, en el marco de su cordial y fructífera relación institucional.
 

The French online gambling regulator visits DGOJ

Today, October 29th, 2014, the Directorate General for Gambling Regulation (DGOJ) has hosted an institutional visit comprising a delegation form the French Authority for Online Gambling Regulation (ARJEL), headed by his President, Mr. Charles Coppolani.
Throughout the meeting, which was attended by DGOJ´s executive team, different issues of current interest in the gambling field have been discussed, alongside the corresponding regulatory perspectives from both regulators.
This meeting is framed within the joint co-operation strategy that both institutions consider necessary and convenient for the attainment of the objectives foreseen in both France´s and Spain´s gambling regulations, in particular those related to the protection of citizens.
Likewise, the meeting serves as a conduit to the Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation and Information Exchange that the French and Spanish Online Gambling Regulators signed in October 2012, within the context of a friendly and fruitful institutional relationship.
