Draft Regulations and Resolutions

The Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling hereby makes this link available to interested parties in order to achieve maximum transparency in its regulatory activities derived from its authority established in the Gambling Act, Law 13/2011 of 27 May, and in order to facilitate compliance with the possible requirements of future regulations.

This link can be used to access and obtain information on the latest version of each of the different draft regulations being developed by this Directorate General.

The draft regulations published in this link are the result of considering and accepting the requests and relevant observations submitted during the public hearings or by other units of the Public Administration.
