D. Juan Espinosa García is a Law graduate and member of the Senior Corps of Civil State Administrators since 2004. He teaches Administrative Law at IE University. He has a Master of Science in European and International Politics from Edinburgh University and a Master of Arts in Economics in Competition Law from King's College London.

After having held various positions related to the legal and financial analysis of business mergers at the former Competition Court, from 2008 to date he was Deputy Director of Relations with the Public Administrations in the National Competition Commission, the body responsible for analysing the impact of the regulatory and administrative activity of the public sector on competition in the different fields of economic activity.
