Accessibility

In compliance with the principles of accessibility and universal design set out in Royal Decree 1494/2007 of 12 November, which approved the Regulations on basic conditions for access by people with disabilities to technologies, products and services related to the information society and media, the Directorate General for Gambling Regulation (DGOJ) ensures equal access to all the information and online services provided in the department's Internet website (http://www.ordenacionjuego.es)  for all members of the public — especially people with disabilities and the elderly — regardless of their personal circumstances, financial means or level of knowledge.
 
For these purposes, the web pages of the  DGOJ website comply with priorities 1 and 2 of UNE Standard 139803:2004 and meet level Double-A of the W3C Web 1.0 Content Accessibility Guidelines, in accordance with Royal Decree 1494/2007.
 
 The last review of the accessibility level of this website was carried out in November 2012.
